Yesterday I began work on track... I have no idea - nine? ten? Somewhere around there. Anyway, it's a melody I've been playing with on the piano for the last couple of months and I decided it was time to actually do something with it. It has no name yet. We'll call it The Other Track.

Tonight I've been very very tired. Four days of heavy exercise all day and work all night (and not longer than 5 hours of sleep per night) makes me nearly unconscious be 6pm. I dragged myself up to shower and put myself to bed early about 4 hours ago. In the shower, I wrote a new song. That's a first and I reckon makes me a Proper Musician.

So, soaking wet and in a towel, I laid down the melody line, rushed to get vaguely dressed and began working on it, my hair creating a small puddle in the base of my chair. It's now vaguely roughed out (very vaguely in places) and I feel I might be allowed to sleep soon.

So, two new tracks in the works in twenty four hours. At this rate, I'll have a double disc finished by the end of the month.
