About to go exercize (the only medicine for a rough night), then regain energy for a gig tonight at the Plaza. It is amazing how often I wake up tired from the previous night. After talking to many people, I've decided that we spend at least 70% of our lives being tired. What a shame!! (for me I think it is 80% or 90%)
