I'd like to say I dropped off the face of the earth for a good reason, but it's really just because my computer died. I was able to check my email from work, but not access myspace because of the blocker that was put on at the school. Mind you, somehow all my students have been able to get around this block and get onto their myspace pages, but I didn't think it would be very professional to ask them how they did it.
We're trudging along. My daughter has hit the worst part of the chemo, and I have to tell you, it's an f-ing bear. She's been throwing up for the last two days and has wild mood swings. It's just oodles of fun.
I guess that's all I had to talk, err, whine about. My life consists of working, doctors visits, forcing medicine down my daughter's throat, laundry, and running children hither and yon.
Oh! But I do have something writing related, believe it or not. No, don't be silly, I'm not actually doing any writing right now, but I am going to be signing my book DEVIL'S PLAYGROUND on Saturday October 25th at the Waterford Borders in Waterford CT from 2-4. I'd really love to have someone come and see me. A lot. It would be nice to be at a signing and have someone actually recognize my name, hahahahaha.
Also, my story CONVINCE ME will be appearing in PRINT in the BAD GIRLS HAVE MORE FUN anthology coming from Ellora's Cave and Pocket Books December 2. I'm really excited about that!
Hopefully, I'll be able to log on more often soon, but I'm not promising anything.
Thanks for reading this if you do!
