So, everyone always wants to know how they can score a free shoot. Sometimes, it's actually quite simple. I'm a huge fan of bartering, trading, maybe even bribery. The following are my favourite kinds of barters, as I'm always in need of and looking for them:
- Canon Digital Equipment
- Tattoo Work, Piercing Work
(chest piece, lower leg sleeve; my other nostril, double nostril, septum, monroe, labret)

- Old Cameras
(the older the better, they don't necessarily need to work, I can figure out the repairing and such)

- Gift Cards
(off the top of my head: Walmart, Target, Staples, Office Depot, etc;
I love office supply places, and cheaper stores like the first couple listed)
- T-shirts (generally, gas money and a band t-shirt or two is all I need when it comes to live shows and events for bands)
- Records/Vinyl
- Old Typewriter

Depending on the item (each individual one of the above is at least two to three hours of picture-taking), each can be traded for a certain amount of hours. You can use them however you like, over how ever many days/weeks/etc you want. (like credit; I'll credit you with the time, and it's yours for however you want to spend it).

Making referrals or booking a shoot with somebody you know/of. If/when it results in another shoot, you'd also be creditted with a certain about of hours to use however you'd like.

I'm always looking for photo opportunities, and people who don't mind their picture being taken. Sometimes TFP/CD may apply in cases of mutual portfolio expansion.
