I am in LA, I came to be with Duane Jarvis. The cancer has spread
all over his body. It's going to take a miracle to save him and were open to anything and everything. He's ok
with whatever happens and is making the best of his situation. He came
out in a black velvet robe trimmed with leopard collar and sat and
picked the banjo for me, I sang, we smiled and hugged.
His
attitude is so graceful and he continues to write poetry and finds the
time to return some calls as weak as he is. His lady Marina is a
blessing and a dear. His brother Kevin is also awesome and sharing time
to be with him. His apt. is beautiful with big windows to the trees in
Marina Del Ray, he has a gas fireplace which he called magical to relax
by in the living room when he's out of bed. Marina is taking him in the
wheelchair for strolls in the sun on the boardwalk at the beach. He is
appreciating every day he is alive. The ever hip (but not too hip) DJ is
still cute, cool and loving. Spread good thoughts for him, he deserves the
best and uplifting things to be shared about him at this time.
