Well, here we have four brand-new pieces of art. FOUR!!

That's a first for me-cranking out four pieces of art back-to-back. But there's a reason for that.

The power supply to my scanner stopped working-the wires got worn near the plug.

That was due to my own carelessness/stupidity. I have an old Umax Astra 1220s scanner-it's SCSI, and it's hooked up to an old Power PC Mac 8500/G3.

Anyway, while I waited for a new power supply to come in, I set about working on what will most likely be my last portraits of the decade.
I was less than satisfied with the last Lucy/Renee piece I did. So, I set about doing another one. The method was the same: I created 3 plates. I planned to take the Lucy, Renee and background plates and combine them. For the background plate-the photo is one of my own, shot a while back. I altered it a bit in Photoshop. I decided to make the Lucy and Renee plates individual pieces of art.
Noel Clarke is a British actor who appeared in the TV series Doctor Who. He played Mickey, Rose's boyfriend.
Anyway, it's time to put away the colored pencils and take a break. There's lots to do-I have to try and find places to sell my stories.
I hope you folks like the new art!
