Well launch night was absolutely great. We got over the slight hiccup of 2 last minute pull outs and the lack of a bass amp and i would even go as far as saying the night was a success!

Firstly thanks has got to go to Caldo from This July for sorting out our bass amp problems at the last minute. Another thanks has got to go out to Craig Grant from Union of Knives who stepped in at the last minute to play a superb acoustic set. Covers ranged from Arcade Fire to Death Cab, to Frightened Rabbit and Twin Atlantic. Thanks also goes out to Bar Bloc for having us and for generally being the greatest place on earth.

Hyena being the only band who actually showed up we let them play for as long as they wanted. And im fucking glad we did because they were proper good. Everyone should check out this band, one of the best Glasgow has to offer.

MalkyB spun the discs all night and played a great set. Artists included Los Campesinos, Miss Atlanta, APB, Joy Division and even the Mortal Kombat theme tune!
