so the other day when i found a gap in between gigging, ridiculous halloween parties and recording new tracks i was taken to gloucester to take part in an experiment to see how much energy drummers burn when playing. it was set up by a university teacher in love with Clem Burke (drummer in Blondie among others). and, basically i'm as fit as a footballer (get in). if anyone came to the Oxford show they would have seen me strapped up with a heart rate monitor. check out me wearing some crazy head gear in the lab;
strange that it calls me a thrash metal drummer but we'll let them off.
