So yeah...I'm building a house and all.  Everything is going pretty well.  I'm nervous about a few things.  One being my paint color.  The trim is going up now and it looks good.  I'll see in the next few days if I can live with the paint I chose.  The second thing I'm nervous about is my cabinet stain.  Again, I'll know in the next few days if I made a good choice on that.  The one thing I've had planned for quite awhile was my lighting fixtures.  However, upon a major crisis meeting that occurred on Thursday..I had to make some major adjustments today.  My selections severly went over my allowance on Thursday by $2,500.  Yeah, that's outrageous.  So, today...we picked out the crapiest, cheapest, stuff we could that would look decent in my brand new home and I am still $500 over budget.  My allowance is unreasonable for as much as I have to furnish.  But, $500 over is not too bad I guess.  Anyway, I hope what I picked out works well.  We can't wait to move.  I get so excited when we pull up to the house...I feel like I'm finally home.  :D
