Hey all,

just a quick note to say thanks to everyone who voted for us. We didn't win the £5000 unfortunately, but we're told it was very close! We did however win £1000 for being one of the ten bands to get on the album in the first place, which is really great. This feels like more of a triumph anyway, as it was awarded on the song's merit, and not some popularity/internet trickery contest. It will pay for five or six days in the studio. Most excellent.

Also, I'd like to rather cheekily mention that we are told our song is the guy that ran the competition's favourite. This is very nice.

And apparently both xfm and Kerrang! like the song, so further good stuff may still come...

Thanks again for all your support. You all made us feel very loved.
