I'm playing drums now with Maria in The Debutante Hour.  Maria and I take turns.  It's really fun. 



Maybe things are funner when you don't really know how to do them?  No, I shoot myself down on that one, because I know from experience that it is not much fun at all to attempt to sing and play at the same time when you can't do it.  And sex gets better with practice too.  Practice, practice.

I've helped drummers with their stuff, and I've fooled around with drumming before, air drumming, etc.  And now unexpectedly, I find myself bringing a teeny snare on a plane to go meet Maria.  It reminds me of when I was 19, and Paulina and I would come out of Dicksister shows at the Asylum and pretend-sing like we were in a heavy rock band.  And then a couple years later, I was singing in Murderizer.  I guess you should be careful what you pretend.  I should pretend to make some money.  Oh man, I also used to pretend I was David Hasselhof in Knight Rider.
