ABC Rehearsals in Glassell Park. Very close to Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Glendale, Silverlake, etc. 24/7 access, ample parking, with a PA, mics & a ProTools rig at your disposal, and the possibility of sharing drums and/or amps if desired.
