Dear Montiacs,
Tragedy has struck the Montgomery family. Monte's
daughter, Sofia was involved in an accident that lead to her death. We
are not releasing details at this time, as there is an active
investigation in progress. We appreciate all your support, especially
in this time of such deep grief.

Sofia Anna Mondini

Sofia
Anna Mondini, born January 7, 1988 in San Antonio, Texas, passed away
March 30, 2009 at the age of 21. She attended school in both the San
Antonio and Austin areas. Sofia was an artist and a musician at heart
and loved poetry, fashion design, and painting, but was most known for
her music. Sofia is survived by her daughter Azuera Mondini; her father
Monte Montgomery and wife Laurie; her mother Angela Mondini, sisters
Melyssa, Kristal, and brother Mason; maternal grandparents Gino and
Estella Mondini; paternal grandparents David and Maggie Montgomery;
numerous family members and friends.

A memorial service
is scheduled at 2pm, Thursday, April 2 at the Porter Loring Mortuary
North Chapel located at 2102 North Loop 1604 East @ Gold Canyon Drive,
San Antonio, Texas, 78232. Phone number 210-495-8221.
