As the entire family spent their day at work or at school, a little fan sat in a window spinning its blades, the same way it has for the last two years.  Today he thought to himself that he was sick of sitting in the window.  The sun beat down on his back in the morning and at night it's freezing cold.

"I'll show them!" he said with a snicker, and sucked the curtains into the back of its motor.  As the curtains laid helpless across the fans back, the fan began to raise the temperature of his motor, hotter and hotter until the curtains burst into flames.

The flames rose higher and higher and the heat grew hotter and hotter, until the window gave way with a loud, CCRRAAKK!  Then as the poor helpless curtains burned they fell slowly toward the floor they landed on a towel hanging below.  The towel in turn caught fire and burned to a cinder.

More and more embers fell further down to the floor landing on the rug lounging on the cold tile floor.  The rug didn't burst into flames...it just sat their smoldering slowly as the each fiber of it's being melted and let of a noxious smoke.

Young Joshua was first on the scene to put an end to the little fans destruction.

This is what's left of the bathroom.
