For those of you that may enjoy contemporary classical music (this is the GOOD kind of contemporary music - melodic, dramatic, unusual and extemely engaging), I just realized you may be interested in some of these.
I have three CD releases so far with music by David Del Tredici (a truly brilliant composer, in my opinion, and a great friend...). They can all be found on Amazon (search under 'Hila Plitmann') - here's the link:

Phew...I see why it's called a link... *)

Hila,

You have such a beautiful voice - one that can inspire others to be better than they are.  Those with talent such as yours become role models for many others.  Remember that there are many that will look to you for inspiration... give them a great example to follow.  Thanks for sharing your talents with us!  I look forward to hearing more from you!  So what do you have in the works?

Shawn

Hila,

OK, I've been a little slow to connect the dots here...heard your amazing NPR interview in my car (and had one of what Chicago Public Radio calls "driveway moments" because I couldn't get out of the car until you finished speaking/singing) ...just finished performing Eric's "Leonardo Dreams of His Flying Machine" with the Chicago Chamber Choir...got an email last week from Tony Silvestri thanking us for printing all the "Leonardo" lyrics in our program notes. Duh! What amazing artists you and Eric both are as individuals, and what a gift to contemporary classical music that you're also a team. I am SO pleased to see the attention being paid to both of you by fans considerably younger than I. : )

Hang in there with your little fella...hopefully he's on a schedule now and you feel like you have your life back. The days will be long and the years short. I blinked and my sons are now 16 and 12.

Wishing you every continued success as you work to balance your life as an artist and a mom!

Tracy
