Building a direct Marketing team is easy when you have the formula on how to get anyone to follow you into a Direct marketing Company.

The very first step is for you to get comfortable with yourself. You don't have to be a know it all about the company you are working with, you just need to be honest and up front with people. Even if you are just learning, how about getting a group of people who are all just learning together so everyone can learn together then follow the mentor that brought you in and follow their lead.

I like to have about 10 new people in a group at a time. I have a weekly call for them. We all ask questions and we all learn together.  My Years as a Small Business Owner helps me but so do the last 7 years in Network Marketing. also the fact that I am in the Top Minded Inner Circle to Top Internet Teachers I have a ton of stuff to share that I paid a lot of money for  and I will share with you for FREE.

This old thing of inviting your neighbors over and calling all of your family and relatives is all OUT. It doesn't work.  We just don't do that. also we don't care if you join or not. I have so many people hitting my sites on the Internet, that it doesn't matter if you join because there are enough people to keep me busy with the work I have going on. Oh sure I would like to be number one but I am not willing to work any Harder than I am. I have a family that I enjoy and spend most of my time with. WE do LOTS of fun stuff. That is a big part of this lifestyle. Spending time with the people you Love Most that want to spend time with you. Spend time doing the things you want to do. If you like to go Fishing all of the time and only work 2 hours a day, you can do that here and make more money than you where making working at a job.  I really can not beat the system I have going on here. This is the Best Thing that Ever happened to me and I wish it for everyone who wants to have it for themselves.

The key to recruiting people is being yourself. I am a 50 plus Christian Man. I have a wife of 30 Years. She is the brains behind this operations. She keeps me in line and we have a blast together. She loves to talk with people she knows and cares about which is about everyone she meets. She will spend much more time talking about you than she will talking about her. She truly cares about people. Me, I am the business mind.  I love to do everything she likes to do but I also am always thinking of ways to make things happen for the people we are working for.   So once you  find yourself working with us, just know that I know the answers normally to the marketing questions and Catherine has the ear to listen to the things you have to talk about if you need to talk to someone.

So once you have it down  to be yourself, now it is time for us to develop your Video's. WE will build you a total system of Video's that feature you and get people interested in you. I will show you how to place them and who to get in front of them. Do you know the 72 Million People are coming into the Home Based Business in the Next 5 Years?
