Hey guys as most of you know I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday, and I know how we were all hoping for me to be one of those people to bounce back in a few hours... But come on... When was I ever that kind of girl? I can barely open my mouth to eat, drink, or say a word. The pain killers they gave me don't do a thing except knock me out for a few hours so sorry if I miss your calls, not like I could talk much either. Why do they alwas give me medicine that doesn't even take the edge off?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I mean my god I took Bayer two hours later because it hurt so bad I was crying and it chipped off the tip off it, not much mind you. And I'm craving all this food that I can have. All I can basically have is ice cream, pudding, cottage cheese, cheese, soup, and yeah that's pretty much it... Any one know any soft foods I could try and eat that I might actually like?

Laura

Perhaps you could try mashed potatoes smothered in butter, oatmeal with lots of sugar in it or just otameal, Cream of Wheat and maybe a fruit smoothie but just eat it with a spoon instead of a straw. Maybe you could try macoroni and cheese since it really doesn't take a lot of chewing.
