Alright, so this new blog won't be as beautifully written as all the rest (because Anthony isn't writing it, but at least there will be 99.9% less typos (because Anthony isn't writing it). We have some interesting news for ya'll on a couple of subjects.
Number 1) Ska in the Park. You may have known that we were set to play the show for a while, only to cancel last minute. Then, the same day as the show, we posted bulletins saying we actually WERE playing Ska in the Park. If you went to the show, you realized that we didn't play. Here's the story:
A crucial member of our band bought tickets to a baseball game that was the day of the show (he bought them the night before the show, knowing we had the show). So we cancelled. Then we decided we would be able to play an acoustic set so we called the promoter and he told us our spot was filled but to "come on down at 6 and we will squeeze you in!" We came on down at 6, got hassled for 2 and a half hours, only to find out we couldn't play. Lame? Lame.
We're very sorry that you didnt get to see us that day.
Number 2) Our drummer quit the other night. So we need a new drummer.
Now, an ad: Do you play drums? Do you want to play in a band and make no money, but have a lot of fun? Do you like purchasing 12-packs of beers once a week to share with everyone?
