Wednesday, July 22nd at Shoals Theatre. Sons of Roswell along with Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit, and Barrelmouth, will play the Music for Marines benefit show. It will be the only Handy Week show these three bands will play this year.

Music for Marines came about after a very close friend of mine died in Iraq a day before he was set to come home. He had a very cute little girl about to be born and was going to be 22 that next week. That friends name was Matthew "Matt" Conley. I knew Matt all through school and up until he left for the Marines. The show benefits several Military Charities and is hosted by the Matthew Conley Memorial Fund.
