I'd like to start this blog by taking back something I said at the end of our last blog. The statement in question "our band is cursed". You see at the time we'd just heard The Ataris dates had been cancelled and morale was low.
That was 3 weeks ago and it's safe to say morale is rather higher right now!
Now is the first time i've sat down and chilled properly since July 31st when we started our headline tour. We didn't really know what to expect from these shows, we hadn't toured much recently, there were loads of other cool bands touring at the same time and most of all for a small band like us doing headline tours is rather daunting! I want to say right now that this has been the most amazing time time this band has ever had, we were overwhelmed with the amount of you who came out to the shows to support our band, thank you so much. Special thanks to Switz and Nick G for completing the team and helping us out.
As you can probably tell we've been loving life lately, but this morning something happened which really put a smile on our faces! I awoke to a message from our manager saying that we've been asked to support You Me At Six on their September dates. We literally cannot wait for these shows! Tickets go on sale tomorrow (21st Aug) at 9:00am and these shows will sell fast so get in early if you wanna come along. Our good friends in Me Vs Hero are also playing the dates so make sure you check them out too.

Next on the agenda: our CD :)
Some of you may have picked up a copy of "Fight For This" on our tour, for those of you who didn't it's almost time for the official release.
"Fight For This" is digitally released through itunes and all other digital music stores on Sunday 13th September. It's then released in all decent music shops on September 14th.
The lovely people at recordstore.com have sorted us this awesome little bundle whereby you'll get 3 exclusive not advised acoustic tracks for free if you pre-order the CD. That makes 8 tracks for £5! Please do this if you like our band, we literally put all our savings into making this CD and could really do with paying our parents/overdrafts/banks back!
If you don't fancy buying the CD for whatever reason please don't download it illegally. We've made sure that after the release the CD is available on Spotify to listen to for free so everyone should be happy!
We've had the first few reviews come through for the CD, we'll do a separate blog with them all in soon.
