This Friday, three great things are happening.

(1) Benbecula are holding a free showcase at the Wee Red Bar, and Wounded Knee is going to be back from Berlin for the night to make some of his loop chants. This is where fans of left-field electronica and ambient music should be from 7pm.

(2) Bearsuit, Peel-beloved twee fools from down south, are playing at Teviot (on Bristo Square - one of the student unions - bring photo ID). Probably one for the fans, but they had plenty of those once. This will start at 9. Support from Futuristic Retro Champions (another chance to pick up their new single?).

(3) Glasgow's premier idiotic laptop noise duo Gay Against You will be conducting a full-on assault, both aural and physical, at //FAST// at the Bongo Club from 11pm. R&R will be available from country fans Ride That Train upstairs.

It should be possible, we think, to attend all of these in order.
