Current mood: sleepy
How can one hour of sleep cause so many problems?
If you don’t live in the shitty UK then you probably won’t be aware/care that we lost an hour on Saturday night. "It’s only an hour" you say! Correct. However, little did I know that I was going to have the worst night’s sleep ever on Saturday night. Had to get up at 10am (BST) and beast home with the car. Anyway, later in the day, I was watching Everton v Liverpool and fell asleep for an hour. Basically claiming my hour back! More to the point, I was then later to pick Katy up from work and missed my roast dinner. Although, we did eat it later. Sleeping in the day is bad for you. FACT. I went to bed at about 11.30pm (BST) and couldn’t sleep. I ended up playing on "Photo Fish" on my phone. It’s an amazing game. Little did I know that by the time I’d lay awake and played Photo Fish it would be 1.30am (BST). Thankfully, I fell asleep. I was awoken at 7.10am (BST) this morning by my Dad who was eager to get to work. I’ve been whacked all day. I blame the whole of this shenanigan on the fucking clocks changing!! Why bother? Add half an hour and be done with it.
