Thanks to everyone who came out to Uncommon Ground in Wrigleyville tonight. Truly, I felt very humbled to be able to play my first Chicago gig at the same place where Jeff Buckley made his own Chicago debut way back when. It was also very cool to see David Gray's note to the staff in the green room. And you know what? It's very cool to play a venue that has a green room at all.
Thanks especially to tonight's sound technician – Brendan, right? Or was it Brandon? Sorry about that! – for making things sound so euphonious. Thanks also to our wonderful waitress, Anna, whose recommendations were all terrific. The Tree-tinis were delicious, and so were our entrees and dessert.
