Well here we are almost to the dog days of August here in central NJ and I realized that I haven't written anything in quite a while here!  Life's been busy the last couple months but some great things have been happening! The long awaited cd from The Cryers has finally been completed and is now available to download through Snocap…. Which you can do right here from my profile page.  It is also available in CD form in person and will soon be available through other digital distributors such as i'tunes, etc……

All of us in the band are extremely happy with the outcome and hope you all enjoy it too! There are six original songs included there, with three of my titles on board: "Vagabond", "Shine On" and "We Could Try Again".  Joe Orlando contributed his works : "Back To Me", "Tough Way" and "Inside Of Me".

We are now focusing on releasing some live material on CD and DVD in the coming months.  Tomorrow we hit the road with Denny Laine for a couple shows including a Cryers CD release party in VA.  We will also be joined by our favorite Roller Ian Mitchell for the show in RI.  Yee haw!!! For all you local Jersey folks… we will be having a CD release party at the Monmouth Academy of Musical Arts in Morganville, NJ on August, 11th… hope to see you all there!

            A few nights ago, Joe, Belle and I spent the evening as guests on UMRK internet radio with Rev. Greg and had a wonderful time! You can listen in to our on air antics and performances by checking out the podcast link for UMRK's show from July 24, 2007  that is now posted on my profile page.  Much thanks to Rev. Greg and Ellen and the gang for their support! We even had the pleasure of talking to a few of our myspace pals who called in and were also in the chat room during our visit….. thanks you crazy kids!!!

            The Cryers had a great time hooking up with The Pete Best Band for a couple of shows in VA and MD recently.  It's always a good time being with the boys from Liverpool…. Word is that they are working on releasing a CD of original material in the near future…. Can't wait for that!  I've posted a bunch more upcoming shows….. check it out! There's some cool stuff happening!
