You have funny timing, Jenna! Just two nights ago I decided that I need to become a better vegetarian (meaning less junk, more fruits and veggies) so I'm ONLY eating fruits and vegetables for at least a week.


p.s.

I'm eating a delicious yellow apple right now, and I had blueberries for breakfast and lunch! This apple is my dinner.

Actually, if she eats bananas, those are a complete protein. Almonds are also in the fruit family.

actually, bananas are not a complete protein. soy is the only plant source that has the complete range of amino acids.

they're a good source of potassium though. and they're delicious when they're frozen and dipped in chocolate.

If that is ALL you're eating all day...just pieces of fruit, you're not getting all of the nutrients you need and can end up being more UNHEALTHY than healthy, not to mention way too thin. You're also look like you've very young, still growing and maturing...your body needs a well-rounded diet in order for you to become a healthy adult. That doesn't mean you have to give up being a vegetarian...just cut out the refined sugars and processed foods.
