I finished filming my movie "A Little Help". Whew! Our last day of shooting lasted for 20 hours. I've never worked such a long day before. I don't know how people manage this lifestyle on a regular basis. It's very intense and draining. I cannot wait to get back to The Office - sitting behind a desk with with a space heater, internet and comfy clothes making jokes all day. Bring it on!
I have spent most of my time since we wrapped sleeping (I'm not kidding) but I managed to get out to the Year One Premiere last night.
It's GREAT! The film is written by Office writers Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky. They wrote two of my favorite episodes - The Secret and Dinner Party. They are amazing writers and this film doesn't disappoint. Jack Black and Michael Cera are hilarious. I can't believe how perfect this movie is for both of them. I laughed out loud a ton. It was a really fun night.
The movie was directed by Harold Ramis who has also directed episodes of The Office!
In addition to seeing the movie, one of the highlights was seeing some of the ladies from The Real Housewives of New Jersey! First I saw Danielle and then Dina and Caroline. (They are all really pretty.) I wish I had some dirt to share. They all seemed very nice. I was too shy to say anything to them. I tried to make my boyfriend jealous by pointing out that while he saw more of Obama on our theater night, I saw more of the Housewives but it didn't work.
Oh! I want to say a huge THANK YOU for the Teen Choice Award Nomination! I feel so honored to be nominated. This just blew me away. Thank you for all of your votes!
Okay, I'm off to take a nap now. (Still not kidding.)
