Evolution is now a Private members club but its ok, coz its free! ONLY MEMBERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE VENUE! All you have to do is email this section to evolutionbars@hotmail.co.uk or message me back having filled in this section and thats it, all done! You can even fill in the section for your friends and family if they dont have net access. Handy eh? You must sign up 48 hours before attending the venue. "I, (name) would like to become a private member for the club Evolution, 525 London RD, Westcliff - on - Sea. My email address is..... and my home address is......... My date of birth is........"
