It's been a long while since we have played live and it may be a while again after this show coming up on AUGUST 1st, at the Jackpot in Lawrence, KANSAS.
It is for a very special cause. A year ago when my son turned two he was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, it was a tough year at times but he has been doing great and everything has been very manageable. Since he was diagnosed, I have vowed that anything I do musically all the money will go to research to help cure this disease.
The Only Children along with someone else who has lived with diabetes...Matt Pryor (Get Up Kids) will be playing August 1st at the Jackpot to play some music and help raise money.
