We have chosen this weekend to be the official starting point of the recordings of our album with our new drummer Samu.

Of course the weatherman promised it will be the best summer weather of all times in Finland during our sessions... But we will get "studio tan" :(

But then again, this will bring the release date so much nearer :)

UPDATE: First day down, tomorrow to go! Boy, it was hot, but in our first five hour session we nailed SIX songs! (OK, we still have to overdub the vocals, as I was singing while engineering, so...). Tomorrow we will try to finish at least four more and continue later this summer .

We decided also to add some visiting talent to our tracks: some pedal steel from our good friend from Sweden (Björn Hellman), some background vocals, piano and sex... err... I mean sax  is on our minds, too. Stay tuned and Keep Up the Beat!
