we missed it ourselves but mark riley played captain aqua on his bbc 6 music show this sunday. it was particularly exciting to hear about though as we used to be fervent listeners to mark's late night show (as lard of "mark and lard") on radio 1 back when we were still in short trousers. formed part of our musical upbringing no less. anyway you can listen in to the show featuring the daddies all over again via the 6 music website and please feel free to contact mark to let him know you'd like to hear more daddy long legs on future shows.
 
hope to see lots of you this saturday when we will be performing a couple of songs at the dc baby compilation launch party and next wednesday for a full headlining set at camden's glittering purple turtle. we've new some throbbing new songs and smart new jumpers to show you.

How Ya Doin' DLL?

I thought I'd click on the link to have a little listen to your good selves on the radio and the first thing to hit my monkeyfied ears was our good friends Dead!Dead!Dead! !!!! How strange that Mark Riley has on his playlist two of the finest bands that we've had the pleasure of playing with, I'm not sure that has ever happened ever.
