On Feb. 16th in Jackson, MS the Mississippi Artists and Producers Coalition and the National Hip Hop Congress will hold the Gulf States Southern Regional Music Conference. This conference will finally merge the business of music with artist activism. Entertainment will meet social commentary and social change. the conference will not only educate artists about the business but it will teach them to harness the power of music to make change in their community.

There will be panels and showcases highlighting the best in hiphop, rock, R&B, and spoken word. You wiull be informed, enlightened AND entertained.
