Last week we all took a break from working and spent some
time with our families. After hours of recording in the studio and rehearsing,
there is nothing like being around people who genuinely love us. It is
important to stay humble in the entertainment industry. Our families bring us
back to reality and keep us grounded.
Today we are back to our daily grind, working hard for our
fans to make sure we put our best foot forward. We are preparing for our upcoming
shows in Kentucky and Louisiana. We look forward to seeing all our
fans come out to support us!
Right now we are looking to revamp our entire situation.
From training intensely, rehearsing long hours, working with a stylist and in
search of a new choreographer, we are doing it all. Our fitness trainer out in Houston has been pushing
us for real! He is definitely not playing around, ha-ha. We have been spending
at least five hours a day rehearsing as well.
Aside from the basics, the majority of our time lately has
been spent in the studio. Sometimes we will go into the studio around 9pm and
not leave until noon the next day. Watching
our ideas turn into creations at the studio is like birthing a baby, ha-ha.
Sometimes the idea will take us as little as 5-minutes depending on the vibe
and how much we are willing to dig deep into the concept. At this point in the
game we would love to work with anyone who would love to work with us in the
studio. We are open to new ideas and always trying to better ourselves as
artists.
As you can tell we are definitely keeping busy. Keep
yourselves prepared, because there are a lot of things in the making! We just
got off the phone with Yung Joc’s people; he is trying to get on our new
single, Get Low. He is respected and well known in the industry; working with
him would be an honor!
Traveling from city to city has definitely been an adventure
for us. We never spent this much time sleeping in hotels ha-ha. Whatever
though we would do anything to keep growing our dream. We recently traveled to Rochester and
performed on the same stage as T-Pain, at the Blue Cross Arena. We received a
lot of love and energy, it was awesome! We are scheduled to perform there again
next month, so look out for us!
Hearing our songs on the radio definitely NEVER gets old.
Nor has that chill faded inside of our bodies when something we have worked on
turns into reality. And we credit that to our fans. So thank you for staying
with us, and we hope you enjoyed getting some insight into our lives!
