Here’s some flyers I’ve been commissioned to do by my brother from another mother Love and Beats


This was the first flyer for Love and Beats first DJ gig. The character in the flyer is Japanese yokai ( a monster or spirit featured in Japanese folklore ) named Raijin. Raijin is the God of Thunder with the ability to control electricity at will and his most prominent feature is a giant ring pieced onto his back decorated with drums. The coloring and color scheme was done by Jeff Ramos. Art, text, and placement was created by yours truly.


This was for Love and Beats second flyer. The design was more of a rough sketch. I still wanted to keep the brush aesthetic to keep consistent with the other flyer. This is a lower case E on a shield, in space, with wings as quotation marks. The design, color choices, and text were all done by Jeff Ramos. While I provided the artwork. This turned out to be a solid flyer, even when I was pressed for time and screwed up once or twice.
