All I have to say is that I'm speachless. Perfect timing to post a blog like this with Veterans day being 2morrow.

I want to send a shout out to the Corps. 2day ( 10Nov06 ) is the Corps 231st birthday. SEMPER FI !!
Let us all pray that this conflict be over soon. We all know it wont but the least we can do is pray. Pray for our brothers & sisters in arms. Past & present.

God Bless America

I am proud and honered to a part of your friends.

I served in the US Air Force from 1960-64,although I did not see any action .

My Father (recently deceased ) was a Navy vet

My brother is a Viet Nam vet and is now commander of a VFW Club.

Presently my youngest son is in the US Air Force and just came home from Iraq today.

This made me speechless.  Thank you for honoring our military.  My father and bf is both in Iraq this year, so with all your support and prayer I know that they will come home safe.  From the bottom of my heart and the rest of the military families in my fathers brigade we thank you for all the support and love you have shown our troops.  God Bless America and Happy Holidays!!!!!

wow, thank you!
I noticed in one picture you had several motorcylists possibly in Arlington. There is a fire engine in the upper right hand corner of the picture.
Do you know the date of the picture or the name of the soldier who was buried then?
my friend who worked with me in the fire department was with the 82nd Airborne. He died in small arms exchange on Auguest 23, 2006.  All the volunteer firefighters from his station brought the fire appartus down to Arlington and participated in honoring him.

Thank you for you site!

That is great. My husband just left for his 4th tour to Iraq and he would be very honored to see that. That gives us, the families who are left behind and stand behnd the troops strengh. strengh we need every day to go through this. It's good to know that there are still people out there who care about our troops and their families. THANKS SO MUCH.
