Bath Fringe 2009
Thanks for coming!
we had a lovely festival!!
hope you did too!!!
Anyone
who has any pictures or video of this year that they want to post on flickr or
youtube, please do! (or via myspace, facebook or photobucket, or
anywhere else for that matter) – it would be nice if you’d let us know where it
is (and link to our profiles on those networks), so we can tell everyone
else... We’ll be making a compilation of links in a week or so when some that
we’re expecting are ready.
If you too
had a suitably lovely time this year, remember that much of the Fringe runs on
pure volunteer power, so do consider volunteering yourselves next year when we announce
the meetings (I think we’ll be changing the procedures, too, but it’s a bit
soon to say right now).
There is
some discussion about moving the dates for next year’s festival, they’d have to
move a little ‘cos the date of the end-of-May bank holiday shifts next year:
watch this space! - those of you who stay on our EMailing list or who accept
our messages on myspace & facebook will of course hear the moment we make
any decision.

And, to
round off, of course we’ll just have whetted your appetite for unusual musical
events and outdoor parties in Bath, so you’ll want to know all about the new Jazz & Blues week festival. Here
follows a message from them, then...

This
'Party in the Street' is the finale of the first Jazz and Blues Festival.
St. James

up and there will be 6 great bands playing the blues and jazz from 12.30
