Hi. Its me Matt.

Thought I'd update our myspace page via blog. Cause...we got stuff to report....and there might be a few people who give a shit. We always give a shit. Its you guys/girls with the problem of "most of the time, not giving a shit". Isn't that what some couples say to each other when they break up?

the ol
"Its me, not you" line. Wait, thats the opposite of what I'm trying to tell you. Cause its not us, its you.

Anyways.

So we just spent about 10 days in beautiful Van Nuys, CA recording a brand new E.P. of tunes. The studio was called Big Game Lodge. A great band called The Bronx own it. Their guitar player Joby Ford produced our first album "The Evening Owl", and we decided it was the perfect time to meet up with him again and record some new stuff.

So Joby produced, our new friend Beau Burchell engineered and the both of them teamed up to mix. Yeah im dropping names. But mostly for the reason that they did such an amazing job.

Songs we recorded:

1. Invitateli Lentamente
2. Meat Market
3. BC76
4. Applewhite
5. Food for The Rats

Maybe you recognize the last song. We re-did it. It was the last song on "Red Hands In Holy Water"...our most recent album. Added some spice on it. We also got a lot of video footage from the studio. Look for a short video soon.

So we will be releasing this in the near future (as soon as we have the money to master it). And on the internet...its probably gonna be a free download. Look out for that.

We'll also print more download cards to sell at shows. And if you buy the download card - you'll get all 3 of our albums for the price of one. Yeah, if you want you can just download it for free when it comes out - think of buying one of our cards as a donation. Actually contributing back to the band if you like our stuff enough to do so. Isn't that called "The Honor System"? Something like that.

Hell, we like you enough to give it away. Send a little back our way if you can/want.

Last but not least, we'll be playing live around the west coast a bunch in the next couple months. Come see us. Dates are posted on our page. First one on the agenda is 2/21 @ the boardwalk with dead confederate.

Bye
Matt/BLFF
