I’m up in Riding Mountain National Park tonight
well, on a hill that overlooks it
372.4 metres above the city of Winnipeg, Manitoba
and you know, there’s still enough oxygen to live way up here

haha!

I was thinking about Good Friday
then I was thinking about the gas gauge and a coffee and time
then I thought about love, and sin
then I thought about tires and manners and hiring a publicist

know what I mean?

I wanted to really tell you, the beloved reader, that I want to sing for you
because I’ve grown to love people more and more, I found out I am a people too!
we’re all wonderful and we’re all awful, we’re beautiful and hideous!
we all can be so indie-hip-ironic-scarf-wearing, and so quiet & meek too
