10:46 a.m. Dayton revisited. We've spent so many days in Dayton, Ohio I feel connected. Connected like the telephone wires that run along every highway I've ever traveled.

With no place to stay after our show the other day, we gave some friends in Dayton a call. Brian who used to play in a killer band called The Pledge, and then our good friend Lokie who is in a band The Sound for Language. Check them both out on your local myspace.

The Sound For Language

The Pledge

So anyhow, Brian manages a club in the city and he was working but asked us to go meet up with him. So an hour later we found ourselves traversing these streets of Dayton. So we locate the club get in, hang with Brian and discover he's watching his boss's house. So we have a place to sleep. It feels amazing to have friends backing me up with what I'm doing. There's nothing like it.

So one thing led to another and we went to the local greasy spoon to grab a bite, and met Brian's roomate who had just got an amazing tattoo of rick james on his upper leg. Hilarious and amazing wrapped into one. Brian, being the stand up friend that he is, fed us boys and paid for it. We dropped the tip and at that point Lokie called me on the phone.

Lokie was a tad intoxicated, but was more than excited to let us stay at his place so that we wouldn't have to wake up at 9 a.m the next morning, and we could sleep in.  Perfecto. We went to Lokie's with Brian hung out for a while. Crashed. Woke up, I set up a wi-fi connection for my boy and helped him and myself out.

Went and ate some sweet Chipotle, made way for the show, came back that night for a really fun time with 3/4 members of The Sound for Language.

Woke up. Here I am. Our stay in Dayton has successfully lived up to every expectation.

Here are some pics from tour. I pretty much just wanted to have a way for you all to catch up with us, because I really am not sure how many of you go to our www.signalhomemusic.com website to get updates.

Maybe we'll just post sweet blogs on here from now on?

Yes? No?

This was a rocky start, the next one will get better. Until then, enjoy the pictures friends.
