Life is a funny thing, isn't it?  We live so carelessly like we're invincible and we have skin made of steel.  A heard made of gold.  A brain that imagines life never ending...until one day it all fails. 

Your heart could stop beating before you're done reading this.  You could randomly for some freak reason get shot and die for no reason.  You're life can end so abruptly in a split second and you'll never get that second chance with an old friend or lover or estranged family member to say "I'm sorry", "I Miss You", or most of all "I Love You." In the same breath that you may take as your last, you'll never know what or how they felt about you before you last day.

Yes, this is morbid and harsh but sadly has been made more into reality over the last 2 months than ever and I feel as though I need to share these things with as many people as possible.  One day you'll never wake up and you'll never know when that day is. 

The point i'm trying to make, though, is that we as human beings need to cherish our lives, our friends old or new, our family members, and our children as much as possible day by day and EVERY day.  We never know when these people may leave us.  Tragic things happen. 

I've lost two friends that for a long period of time, i haven't spoken too in years.  I wish I never made that mistake.  It cuts more that I wasn't there for them in their times of need and their times that they were happy. 

So with this, i hope everyone can take a lesson just as I have.  If you have had a fight and it's affected your friendship with another...if you has an estranged family member you have unfinished business with whatever that may be...if you truly love someone else and you have another lover...make these things right.  Don't hold these things over their head or your own because one day, they will be gone and you'll never have to opportunity to set things straight.  Nothing is more precious than life and the love we need to have for it and the people that share our lives with us.  God has only made life so long and it's a ticking faster than you think.
