That adoption event was kind of scary...there were a bunch of other dogs, and I was kind of confused, so I got pretty vocal. It made me sad when I got home because I think it gave people the wrong impression of me.

I'm really just a big playful, sleepy baby at home. I bark when I need to go outside, there is no more water in my bowl, or when I'm excited, and not constantly like a metronome, like I was doing at the adoption events. I'm laying in a blanket nest at my foster mommy's feet right now, relaxing.

You know, my life just keeps getting better and better.  I have a few new favorite things to do.  I love going through the toy box, and picking out different things, and grumbling while people pet me. And I love going for walks more and more each time, because I get to look for cats and squirrels, and follow trails of other animals.

I just can't believe anyone would ever want to pay attention to me! any time anyone even looks at me, i can't help but wag my tail. oh, and i like giving kisses.

Christmas was cool. I got a few bones and things for presents, but I am too good of a boy to open my own presents like my foster brothers. Instead I waited patiently and wagged my tail. There's one big bag full of stuff hidden away in the dining room that I really kind of want--nylabones, kongs, freshies, and other yummies. But those are supposed to be for my buddies still at the shelter waiting for foster homes, so i understand.

my foster mommy is going to try to take me to another adoption event soon, and i'm kind of scared, but she says i'll learn to look forward to seeing the other dogs. i hope she's right.
