hello folks
we would like to extend one hundred thousand thank yous to all the good folks who came out to our shows in the past ten days. it was a very amazing tour for us in many ways. thank you to everyone involved in putting on a show, cooking us food and giving us a place to stay or just hanging out with us and talking. thank you curtis, jay molsook, andy low, max, marisa, kevin and trent, dustin and jay, andy, bryan funk, james and kara, lauren g, beck levy, all of louisana, the fest 8, nathan grice and josh smalls, megan and adam, chuck git some, hank, and eddie for amazing shows, making a long drive to be with us and being our friends and family.
very special thank to our dearest friends ghastlycitysleep and desark. i cant say enough..you are all beautiful people and amazing artists. you inspire us and move us deeply and have hearts of gold. thank you litany for the whale. thank you thou. thank you lauren for doing a great job putting up with us boys and helping our crippled aging asses out. if i have forgotten anyone, dont feel bad. im on three hours of sleep and beaming from such a great trip and a safe return home.
and to my band mates. brewdog, johnny, widman and kreppy. i love you guys. lets make food and hang out this weekend!!
we also want everyone to know that we are playing this friday at la casa church 3166 in mt pleasant in dc. with the very amazing ghastlycitysleep, litany for the whale and tideland. litany and ghastly are on tour and need yr support. weve seen them both on this tour and they were blowing people away so dont miss them. i apologize for the late notice and last minute show. show at 730/8pm.
for now we will be back in the shed writing away for awhile. we will hopefully get into the studio in dec or so to record our split with tideland for molsook records. also still writing for the slew of things on our plate. another full length. a collaborative record with aimee of desark and baton rouges most wonderful THOU. ok, thats it for now.
