Oscar, I don't know how your throat doesn't fall out, but I love it! Horns will always be holdin it down, especially for the pico/whittier kids. After seeing most of the bands on the list and loving all of them I would like to share with you the time and reason I (Ruben) decided to play music. I am talking about the notorious Black Star Academy and the time Hardcore Vince and I were standing outside of koos (santa ana) before they were about to play and we were hectically writing the bands contact email on the cds because someone forgot to do that. As the set began in the hollowed out living room I remember seeing Andres and his lighting fast fingers beating the shit out the fret board and I thought to myself "I need to do that shit!" And to this day I am still trying. -TLV
