Hey friends,
Thought I'd share some great news with you! I just received an advance to help finish my CD and get a professional website from two Ernst & Young executives who are starting a non-profit corporation for the arts and chose me as their first artist to sponsor. In one of my earlier blogs I mentioned being flown out to Chicago last summer for a private party for some partners at Ernst & Young and it is these same execs that have decided to offer me financial backing as angel investors. They have discussed further financial backing after the initial advance along with helping to introduce me to their contacts, some of who are in the music industry. I've developed a personal relationship with these two gentlemen since last summer and I'm excited to be working with them, as they are true believers in my music and just all around nice guys (They treated me like royalty at their private party last summer).
