Klub 19 in Lodz, Poland had what looks like a Figurehead themed night. Ironically it was on May 30 2009, the same night as our Figurehead Sticker Expo (Willimantic, CT USA).

That's all the info we have right now. We will keep you posted. We had no idea this party was going to happen. We highly encourage anyone who would like to hold an event like this to go for it.

"uff, it is not so easy to write in english :)
Everything happens because i love street art.
I work at the academy of fine arts in lodz poland and I teach graphic design.
What more can i say, the idea of FHeads is just great.
My idea was to show how people from different parts of the world can share the ideas and finally make something really interesting ( I hope ) thanks to such a colaboration. To observe how this project evolve is just fantastic and to participate in it somehow is also awesome. Finnaly its fun for me and for the others.
Me and the club XIX decided to join the party and the exhebition of FHeads.
The aim of the Club is to support young artists ( and people that me and my friends find iteresting) and its the place where people can have a fun and drink.
I printed the stickers with the little heds. Some people just loved them and spend long minutes to take of the paper from stickers to sick it allover , ( unfortunelly i used low quallity stickerpeaper :( ). I planed to make bigger event but this was only what i could do. For some people its difficult to understand this concept and they ask me the questiones why i promote strange heads of some stranger who i do not even know. I think that its the funniest thing in that situation.
The Fashion Week in Poland/ Lodz was just -by the way -, we played music there ( dj from Club XIX promoted the club ), shared stickers, and exhibited our clothes ( http://katarzynapokszan.com/?page_id=13 ) -
street fashion project called New Fashion Brand - this is my girlfriend's graduation project. She also finished Academy of fine arts and she is a fashion designer.

The main issue is that once i had simillar idea of sharing different projects with the other peoples/artist. Everyone invited to that colaboration could work with someone else design ( something like art chain ). But Your project is even better, because every one is invited. You just let the idea free into the net/ world/ galactic.

I foud "the heads" at dafont or at some other font site. As a graphic designer i like to know who designed the font that i like or use. That is how i traced you :). The other thing which is great about your project is that its non profit. Everyone can participate in it for fee and nowadays it's not so common. I hope that many people with good flow will join jour concept.
