Yesiree. Spilling out over two huge floors, Soul-A-Go Go is the bestest event to get your shing-a-ling on with Melbourne's finest DJ's and PBS announcers spinning a beautiful mix of funk, northern soul, r'n'b, funky soul, breaks and other relevant groovy get down. This month i'm making my first ever appearance in the SOUL room. Usually i'm upstairs getting funkay. SOUL SEARCHING @ PHOENIX BAR

Soul Searching' returns even bigger and better on Saturday November 14 with a huge party split across 3 levels of the downright opulent Phoenix Bar on Flinders Street (cnr Exhibition St) Melbourne. 'Soul Searching' is all about providing a destination in the centre of the city for all you lovers of funk, soul, blaxploitation beats, jazz and latin breaks!

Featuring Djs: Manchild (PBS, Soul a Go Go) Miss Emma Peel (PBS, Black Caesar) Mr Lob (Black Caesar, Section 8, Murmur) Expect Phoenix Bar to turn it on with special Blaxploitation themed drinks, Funky Movie Projections, Killer Djs and Music, Free CD Giveaways (to the first 50 peeps thru the door and for the funkiest outfit) and the best service in town! Capacity is strictly limited, so get in early! The party runs from 9pm - 3am Friends of course are welcome and best of all, it's FREE!
