We went and looked at yet another house yesterday. Liked it well enough that we plan to make an offer on it after checking on financing.

It is east of Jane, Missouri. Probably not two miles across the MO-ARK border, as the crow flies. The house really is nice, but the shop/ outbuildings are exceptional. You could live in the shop.. it has water, heating, and AC. The place is on 1.5 acres, heavily shaded.

The real estate agent says it has been on the market a week and a half, and has been shown 14 times. (The place we are in has been on the market 26 months and hasn't been shown that many times.)

So. Maybe we are buying a house. Be praying for us.
