MAKO is the neoteric effort of former MCA recording artists
Declan O'Shea and Christian Montagne, following the
dissolution of CycleFly, a popular and
successful alternative rock band .
Declan and Christian honed their craft during their tours with
'Tool' in Ireland, and 'Linkin Park' in Europe, 'Bush' and
'Live' in the U.S. , Canada and England.
Performing to sold-out venues in America, Canada and Europe,
Cyclefly received extremely favourable reviews from the
Woodstock, Leeds, and Reading festivals of 1999.
Additionally, the band was rated
on the 'Best New Artist' lists of NME, Kerrang! and Rock Sound

singer/songwriter Declan and Christian guitarist,
songwriter, and bassist from Antibes , Cote d'Azur France.

MAKO is all about departure from familiar territory carved out
by compatriots 'Snow Patrol', with a vision free from both
innocence and cynicism. Declan O'Shea's captivating vocals
possess the dulcet sounds of Al Stewart, yet commanding the
irony and allure of Bowie, Richard Butler (Psychedelic Furs),
and Annie Lennox.
With youthful conviction, tempered by a mature insight into
humanity, their songs, laced with nuance and rife with
infectious rhythms demand a closer inspection of a

MAKO, and offered additional accompaniment from Sebastian's
