OK
so its Steph's paintball party ..
its 3pm
we are down two points
and its the second to last game ....
THE MAP ....... HELICOPTER
basiclly it was an open wooded area with basiclly no cover wat so eva.
.. apart from trees and some a few barrels
.. and the helicopter ..
Points would be awarded for getting the flag to the enemy's base ..
and additional points for any team with a person in the helicopter at the end of the game ...
The sides had been choosen and we had to walk 2 the other end of the field....
noticing the swamp like mud surrounding the hellicopter and other bunkers...
GAME PLAN TIME .......
Half the group decided to take the left flank ....
And the other half was either going up the centre or on the right towards the helicopter ...
The Marshall ( Mike) advised sumone goes to the helicopter and hold the position.
(there was another space 2 sit in the back of helicopter tail once you got inside )
So me and Boz decided 2 take the Kamakazie Misson and take the Chopper ...
thing is .. the chopper was placed nearer 2 the enemy start point ..
like double the distance ..
GAME STARTS...
Me and Bozzy on the front line dash off the line and make good ground leaving everyone behind 2 give us cover fire ...
we hoped ....
I glanced 2 the where the enemy base was ....
40 or so angry paintballs are running at us firing like mad
balls hit off the floor and surroundin barrels
i skip over a log and return fire in mid air ....
Bozzy takes the lead and i cover him 2 wards the helicopter ..
I glance over at bozzy as he dives into the side of the helicopter... followed by say 60 rounds of paintballs hitting everyside of the Chopper ..
i sprinted 2 wards the Chopper thinkin im gunna make it ...
I remembered the mud around the helicopter ...
(thats y bozzy dived in)
Suddenly a ball flys past my face ....
Hearing that whistle past my ear ... was epic
Metal Crates were randomly placed in the mud ...
so at speed i used them as stepping stones ...
and dived in ( just like boz )
I got into the Chopper and boz was in the tail section with his gun ready for anythink ..
He shouted " Fuck Luke is that you "
I replied "Yeah Man !"
lucky me he didnt blow my face off ...
we set up our posts and aimed up
i had a side window 2 shoot through ..
and Boz had the main cabin .. if anyone stepped in ... they would be stepin back out .. in pain
After all the mad rush and noise and blood 2 get into the Chopper
SILENCE HIT
nothink moved ...
me and boz stayed still with our guns ready ..
distant screams and gun fire could be heard ...
it was like nobody had ran 2 the helicopter
Bozzy looked out of a hole in the damaged tail ..
Nothing
itchy cold trigger fingers ..
it was quiet too quiet

Suddenly a guy runs into the chopper panting like hell and in the line off fire of Bozzy ...
he notices the back door and looks at us in the back ..
He lifts up his gun ...
Blinks
but by that time ... he had taken 4 rounds the chest and 1 to the shoulder ..
he runs out ( he had 2 be in pain )
shouting to his m8s ... (cheater)
" THEY ARE IN THE CHOPPER "
5 seconds prior to him sayin that u hear paintballs hit the outside of the helicopter and in through the window ... ( LOUD )
i grab a smoke grenade and try and light it ....
it was a DUD ! didnt work
i got bozzy 2 try ... nothink
i got the other smoke out and Boz lit it
passed it 2 me and i chucked it out the window
bodys hit against the body of the chopper .. and the ememy move around the chopper ..
They checked the main cabin through the window byt stickin there gun through the window ..
( gun hits counts )
onli the barrel of the gun showed through the window .. i didnt take the shot knowing if i missed it would give away our position.
ALL IS STILL
boz can see it ...
i can see it
and any noise could end it all
more of the gun fits through the window and i pick a shot off and hit the target ...
he darts back and another four / five circle the Chopper and go up 2 the windows ..
easy pickings
2 go down ...
another runs past on the outside Boz catches him on the hip and hes out !
a guy dives in clueless 2 where we are and how much firepower is a metre away .. Bozzys lets rip and ends his game ..
we hear that the game has 30 seconds left .
The game ends and points are awarded ..
Amazing i think not ...
