I have to honestly say I never was really very familiar with the Great 1. But I do acknowledge him with much humility & respect. For some 1 to have touched the world is an achievment only very few are able to obtain and I appreciate him so much for that.
I met Michael Jackson for the first time when I saw "Moonwalker" I was prolly like.. 3, & it was an incredibly strange experience. Incredible bcuz I was a baby & i had never seen anything like that b4, and Strange bcuz he kept having all these different type's of transformations.. car, robot lol!
Buuut sad to say in my kiddy days all I wanted to do was play outside & do all the wonderful things that kids love to do lolx2, so i never learned how to do all of his moves & I never really got familiar with his music until I reached my later teen years. But when I rediscovered Michael Jackson, I fell in Love all over again. I still even find shock today when I see clips of him dancing! To see the precision & focus he had.. It was rediculous.. not to mention his music im in conflict bcuz i don't know which album I like the best. I'm ridin with "Thriller" and "Invincible" as of now tho.
He was unmatched! With the way the music industry is today.. I feel I would be incredibly fortunate to achieve even 10% of what he did. He was someone my parents and grandparents knew b4 I came in to this world. & outside the world he's given us (the Black Community) so much. As shocked as I was to find out about his death, I rejoice, and I thank You Michael Jackson for all that you have given us.
