Incredibly honored and ecstatic to be a part of this historic time - maybe it will be like the 60s all over again with that amazing possibility of hope that something good is coming around, a new time, even amidst the challenges that are ahead for this fine new leader and his beautiful family! Here in SF, let me tell you, it was ONE enthusiastic audience, at the free election party where we were downtown! The ripple of positive electricity was everywhere, and the people chose hope over fear, which is huge! There's such a feeling right now that things could actually turn around for the better even if it takes time, hard work and tough choices!
Over the last few months I have been proceeding in my own way with my dietary stuff, still going for the raw food lifestyle which is amazing - it's a keeper for me! People are starting to notice a difference too, especially in photos. Am alternating between my watercolor painting and a digital mosaic experimentation too. A few weeks ago, I suffered some injuries sustained by a nasty spill, but I attribute my good recovery to the fact that I was reasonably fit, and those green smoothies do pay off as amazing healing elixirs!
